Sorry team, I lost the game. I have bad luck with these 45 45 games on teamchess. I haven't won one yet. :( But, I'm working on endgame positions. Hopefully that will help in general. Hope we win the final game. Good luck superselector!

This is the first time you've played U1800, isn't it? Don't worry about it. Just settle down and on every move do the following:
1. Look at opp's threats (what would he do if I had to pass on my move?), and address if you must
2. Look at tactics and see if you have some opportunities there
3. Look at strategy (how can I improve my position or weaken my opp's position)

I found another source (GM Rashid Ziatdinov) that stresses learning problems in blocks of 100, his rule is that you should know the problems completely before learning
more.
